By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You can still call us, message us on WhatsApp, or walk in.
What this website is for
This website exists to tell you about the restaurant and to let you request a table. It is not a payment site. We do not take deposits, card details, or prepayment through this website.
Table requests are requests
This is the most important thing on this page.
Sending the booking form sends us a request for a table. It does not hold a table and it is not a confirmed reservation. The email you receive afterwards confirms that your request arrived with us, and nothing more.
Your table is booked when a member of our team confirms it with you directly, by phone, by WhatsApp, or by email. Until then, please treat your plans as unconfirmed.
We do our best to say yes. On busy nights, during cruise arrivals, and in peak season we cannot always accommodate a request, and we may offer you a different time.
Birthdays, celebrations, and larger groups
The same rule applies. Telling us it is a birthday, an anniversary, or a group booking, and telling us what you would like us to plan, is a request. Nothing is arranged until we confirm it with you.
For anything involving a cake, a surprise, a set arrangement, or a large party, please contact us directly so we can talk it through. The form is a starting point, not the whole conversation.
Menu, prices, and hours
The menu on this website is a guide. Dishes, prices, and opening hours can change without notice, and some items depend on the catch and on what is available that day. A dish shown here may not be available when you visit.
The menu and prices in the restaurant are the ones that apply. Photographs are illustrative and dishes may look different when served.
Gift certificates and promotions
Gift certificates, vouchers, and any promotion we run are handled by contacting the restaurant directly. They are not sold or redeemed through this website. Each one carries its own terms, including how long it lasts and where it can be used, and those terms are set by the restaurant.
Our content
The text, photographs, videos, logo, and design on this website belong to Twin Brothers Seafood & Steakhouse or are used with permission. The Twin Brothers name and logo are our trademarks.
You are welcome to read, share a link, and print a page for your own use. Please do not copy our content for commercial use, republish it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without asking us first.
Using the forms fairly
The booking form and the contact form are there for genuine guests. Please do not use them to send abusive, threatening, or unlawful content, to send advertising or spam, to submit false bookings, or to run automated tools against them.
We use a security check on both forms and we limit how many submissions can come from one source in a short time. We may block a sender who abuses the forms, and we may decline or cancel a request we believe was not made in good faith.
Links and content from other companies
This website links to other places, including our Facebook page, WhatsApp, and Google Maps, and it shows a map and videos hosted by other companies. We do not control those services, their content, or their availability. Following a link or using an embedded service is at your own discretion, and their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
No warranty
We keep this website as accurate and available as we reasonably can, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Twin Brothers Seafood & Steakhouse is not liable for loss or inconvenience arising from your use of this website. That includes a table request that does not reach us or is not confirmed, information on the site that has since changed, and the website being unavailable.
